What are the common dehumidification methods for robot spraying?

Robotic spraying consumes a lot of energy during use. After adopting energy-saving measures, not only can we obtain huge work benefits, but also greatly reduce the workload of employees, and the energy-saving activities of robot spraying can also meet the basic requirements of building a conservation-oriented society, and can effectively adjust the relationship between human and machine. As the level of robotic spraying continues to increase, various dehumidification methods have been widely used in robotic spraying.

1. Cooling and dehumidification method

The air is cooled below the dew point temperature, and the water vapor in the air condenses into water. By removing and reheating the condensed water, low humidity air can be obtained. The source of cooling of the air can be refrigerant, ice water or brine in a refrigerator. It belongs to dehumidification, dehumidification and cooling.

Features: 1. If the surface temperature of the cooling coil is lower than 0c, the condensed water will freeze on the surface of the coil, thereby reducing the cooling efficiency and the dehumidification effect, so that stable humidity cannot be obtained. 2. In general use, the limits of cooling and dehumidification are above the dew point temperature. If the device is large, it will increase power consumption and increase operating costs.



2. Compression dehumidification method

The air is compressed and then cooled, and the water vapor in the air condenses into water. By removing and reheating the condensed water, low humidity air can be obtained. The moisture in the air is expressed by the following formula: x = 0.622 xps / (p - ps), x: absolute humidity kg / kg, p: absolute pressure kg / cm 2 abs compressed air. p: steam partial pressure kg/cm2abs. The above formula shows that a lower humidity can be obtained by increasing the compressive force p of the air, i.e., reducing the absolute humidity x.

Characteristics:

(1) Suitable for low airflow and dew point dehumidification.

(2) The compression power cost is high.

(3) The need for high-pressure and small-scale dehumidification air for instruments and controls.

3. Adsorbent batch type (tower type)

A solid adsorbent (e.g., silica gel, sieve, activated aluminum hydride, zeolite, etc.) is used as a pinned layer and filled in a column (cylinder). One tower is used to absorb air moisture and the other tower is regenerated. After a period of time, the tower was modified and the air circuit was changed to exchange moisture absorption and regeneration, thus creating an intermittent effect. Purify the air. The surface of the adsorbent is a porous structure. The water in the air is adsorbed on the surface by capillary action and is hygroscopic.

Characteristics:

(1) Low dew point dehumidified air can be obtained with a solid adsorbent.

(2) Converting dehumidification regeneration within a fixed time, and continuously obtaining stable dehumidified air.

(3) The adsorbent needs to be replaced regularly.

(4) The pressure loss of the equipment is large.

(5) The regeneration temperature is high.

(6) The airflow circuit is completely closed and can be used for dehumidification of non-AIR gas.
